I don’t just give up.

I like to get everything my way because it makes me happy. I like to fight for my opinions because then, I’m understood. I like to be the one to end a conversation because that means I win. I like to win every game and bet because it makes me better.

I fight for what I want, but with you, it was easier to let go. The shit I had to go through to be with you was unbearable. The need to see you, the need to be in your arms, the need to feel your kiss, the need to see your smile, and the need to hear your laughter killed me. I couldn’t stand not seeing you. I just couldn’t stand being so far from you. The only way to help myself out of that misery was to just let you go, because I love you.
